  • Utilises weighted and TRX exercises on the floor to enhance your strength - mixed with interval training on the treadmill.

  • Focuses on the use of high rep and plyometric exercises which are ideal for toning and increasing muscle mass. On the treadmills you’ll experience fast pace intervals with inclines.

  • Focuses on the use of high rep and plyometric exercises which are ideal for toning and increasing muscle mass and hitting the core. On the treadmills you’ll experience intervals with inclines to improve your speed and stamina.

  • Will focus on improving your endurance through both cardiovascular and resistance exercises. On the treadmills you can expect longer intervals, on the floor we’ll be putting you through weight resistance training targeting the full body & core muscle groups mixed with work on the boxing bags! (*not available at Ancoats)
