Will focus on improving your endurance through both cardiovascular and resistance exercises. On the treadmills you can expect longer intervals, on the floor we’ll be putting you through weight resistance training targeting the full body & core muscle groups mixed with work on the boxing bags! (*not available at Ancoats)
