Vicki started her fitness journey alongside dancing as a teenager through to university where she studied Dance Performance. Even though dance was a passion of hers it was fitness that became the focus and along with a personal transformation that spurred her to be a personal trainer. She is on a mission to help people get fitter, stronger and fall in love with fitness. She knows how to challenge you so that you feel awesome in both body and mind after each workout!
