Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Absolutely not. We believe in total freedom and flexibility. Our memberships operate on a rolling 30-day agreement, meaning you get premium, uncompromised training without long-term legal handcuffs or rigid tie-ins.

How far in advance can I book my studio classes?

Full Members receive an exclusive 7-day advanced booking window directly through the V1BE app, allowing you to secure your preferred slots and layout before the floor opens to casual drop-ins, ClassPass, WellHub and Hussle users. Class Packs and Day Passes operate on a standard booking window.

Can I freeze my membership if I’m traveling or injured?

Yes. We understand that life operates in waves. If you need to step away for travel, work commitments, or medical reasons, you can request a temporary membership freeze cleanly via our administration portal to secure your current loyalty rate and protect your spot from our waiting list. You should always consider this option before cancelling due to V1BE memberships being in high demand.

What is your cancellation policy?

If cancelling your membership is the only solution to you, we just ask for a standard 30-day notice period submitted via our portal. Please note that because our membership capacity is strictly capped to protect the studio floor experience, rejoining later may subject you to our seasonal waiting list.  It is important you dont cancel your DD otherwise your access will be automatically stopped.

Do you provide towels and changing facilities?

Yes, our clubs are fully engineered as premium destinations. We offer luxury changing suites, high-pressure hot showers, and Dyson hair dryers, all of which are kept to the highest standards. Towels are available on site at an extra cost to for hire.
