
My classes are mixed ability, so whether you are completely new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, there’s lots of layers to adapt the class to your needs and goals! We use a variety of equipment including small weights, the Pilates ring and the mini ball to challenge stability and build strength. My aim is to create sessions that are both rewarding and enjoyable, helping to improve your core strength, posture, balance and flexibility.
I'm passionate about helping people move with confidence and feel stronger in themselves. I believe Pilates is for everybody. My classes are designed to be supportive, creating an encouraging environment for everyone. I look forward to seeing you in class!
