About the class

In an upgrade to our standard Sunday morning class, we introduce you to BARRE PILATES FUSION.  This is a slower-paced, Pilates-inspired, mat based barre flow.  This low impact workout blends elements of ballet, pilates and strength training.

Designed to improve posture, flexibility and core strength, this class focuses on controlled movements, deep muscle engagement and alignment.

It's ideal for all levels, Barre Pilates Fusion builds long, lean muscles and enhances body awareness through focused floor work.
